My name is Sophia, my journey into fitness started as a result from my background and career in dance. I started dancing from a very early age at Pattison Theatre Arts College, in later years I studied Contemporary dance at De Montfort University. Whilst studying for my degree, I also took a strong interest in fitness which led me to study and later gain various qualifications and certifications in teaching fitness and exercise. After achieving my first class honours degree, I decided to go and explore the entertainment industry. I successfully secured seasonal dance performance contracts with Butlins (2018) and 4Fun Entertainment in Menorca, Spain (2019). Much like dance, fitness soon became my passion and career for life. I have taught a variety of specialized classes to a diverse range of nationalities, ages, abilities and disabilities at prestigious health clubs and resorts in the UK & overseas. During my career as an instructor, I have had rewarding and memorable experiences from participating in publicized charity events for Myton Hospice, Breast Cancer Research, Zoe's Baby Place & Lepra, to teaching group exercise to the older adult within the community and residential care and also children with physical disabilities and learning difficulties in academic schools. What I love about my job is it gives me the opportunity to help promote happiness and motivation into people's lives. I believe fitness is for everyone, all we need is friendly encouragement and determination and we can be unstoppable! I look forward to seeing you at one of my classes in the future.

Group exercise is for everyone of all ages and abilities. There is always something to suit everyone from peaceful mediation, yoga, strength training, high intensity interval training, conditioning the body or dance fitness. Why not give a class a try and see what works best for you!

My classes are always friendly, highly energized, diverse and versatile for my clients. I teach a multitude of specialized classes such as; Zumba, Clubbercise, Bums Legs & Tums, Aerobics, HIIT, Kettlebells, Body Conditioning, Aquafit, Indoor Cycling (Spin), Hydrospin, Balletfit & Dancefit. Be prepared to work up a sweat and feel the burn!
